INDEXTRA-JOLUSA business group has the quality certification JOLUSA is a company with great tradition and roots in the olive oil sector which holds innovative facilities in Galisteo (province of Cáceres).

The oil´s bottling is carried out in automatic versatile lines that allow a range of both crystal and plastic bottling from 250 ml to 5 litres.

JOLUSA is part of INDEXTRA S.L. group which holds other type of productive facilities in Galisteo.

“We are specialists in quality olive oils with olives picked in Extremadura, especially in the province of Cáceres; thanks to our specific variety “Manzanilla Cacereña” of little performance in oil but generous in organoleptic characteristics, our oil counts with extraordinary characteristics and it is well differentiated from the rest of the Spanish types of oil”, in Miguel Sánchez-Ocaña´s words, manager of INDEXTRA-JOLUSA business group.

The concerns about the obtaining of a quality product has taken the company to the development of an efficient traceability system  following the Regulation´s guidelines (CE) 178/2002, as well as the obtaining of the certificate of its Quality Management System in the Regulation UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 brought it by Lloyd´s Register in March 2005.
