INDEXTRA-JOLUSA business group has the quality certification ISO 9001:2000 since 2005. Such group considers fundamental the satisfaction of its clients as well as to exceed the expectations created by each of them. Taking into consideration the fulfillment of the technical specifications of these oils, together with the attention to the demands exposed by the consumers, as a result there will be a constant improvement of the products´ quality and the group´s services.

QUALITY POLICY

INDEXTRA, S.L./JOLUSA, S.A.U. considers the satisfaction of its clients´ needs essential as well as to exceed the expectations created by each of them.

In order to obtain this objective, the implantation of a Quality Management system has been carried out based on the regulation UNE-EN- ISO 9001:2000, through which all the requirements and continuous improvement as for effectiveness of such system have to be fulfilled.

In the same way, the Management department is compromised to make it reach all scopes and sectors this QUALITY POLICY in a way that it becomes executable according to the basic principles presented below.

1.       OUR PRODUCTS.

-   Bulk olive oil.

Our main objective is to fulfill the technical specifications of the product as well as the predicted delivery deadlines; therefore, this will become the best quality guarantee for our clients.

-  Bottled oleaginous seeds olive oil. 

The fulfillment of the technical specifications of these oils together with the attention to the demands exposed by the consumers will have, as a result, the continuous improvement of our products and services.

As for the olive oil, we try to obtain a type of oil whose quality and homogeneity make it entirely distinguishable from the rest of the oils in the competitive market.

As for the high range extra-virgin olive oils, JOLUSA wants to maintain an oleic product whose organoleptic and analytic characteristics make it a key reference, able to considerably stand out among the existing oils, and all of that under the “Almena de Galisteo” brand.

2.   OUR PROCESSES. 

The people who constitute this company have to be involved in this quality improvement Project of the administrative and productive processes, translating this effort into a better effectiveness and efficiency which will be beneficial for INDEXTRA group.

3. OUR FACILITIES.

The continuous process of quality improvement has to be translated as improvement in the exterior aspect of our facilities, which are adequate for the arisen necessities and have a better visual aspect and a smaller environmental impact.

4. TRAINING AND INFORMATION.

The management department is compromised to carry out a Training Plan through which the company can prepare all its staff, obtaining personnel capable of adapting to the changes that might arise as a consequence of this continuous improvement process that the company is compromised to carry out.
